- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 16 Oz okra fresh or frozen
- ½ cup frozen corn kernels
- 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes undrained
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ cup vegetable broth
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Heat canola oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until softened and translucent, for about 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the Bay leave before serving. Serve and enjoy :)
