This delicious Peach Cobbler cocktail. combines the sweet flavors of peach whiskey, with Baileys Irish cream and a dash of citrus flavor with Cointreau. The result is a rich and creamy cocktail, with the subtle sweetness of peaches, and warming back notes of whiskey.
2ozpeach whiskeyI use Crown Royal Peach - plus 1 teaspoon extra for rimming glass

½ozCointreau

Instructions
On a small plate, spread a layer of brown sugar and crushed graham crackers. In another small plate, add a teaspoon of peach whiskey. Take the rim of your cocktail glass and dip it in the teaspoon of peach whiskey and then into the crushed graham crackers, coating the rim. Set the glass aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine peach whiskey, Baileys, and Cointreau. Fill your shaker halfway with ice, secure its lid tightly, and vigorously shake for about 15-20 seconds until all ingredients have been thoroughly mixed and chilled.
Strain the mixture from your shaker into the rimmed glass.
Garnish by sprinkling a pinch of nutmeg over the glass. Enjoy.

For extra garnish, add a thinly sliced peach to the rim of the glass.
