Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix just until combined.
Use a large cookie scoop to drop the biscuits by spoonful onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove and serve with favorite toppings, like butter or jam.
Notes
I prefer to use Duke’s mayo for these biscuits but any brand of mayonnaise should work.
If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can use all-purpose flour. If you use all-purpose flour, mix in 3 teaspoons of baking powder and ½ teaspoon of salt to it.
