2 teaspoons kosher salt* 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon dried thyme ¼ teaspoon allspice
Kosher salt is generally less salty than table salt. You can sub the kosher salt with table salt, but cut the salt in half.

Use 1.5 - 2 teaspoon per 1 lb of fish.
