Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken from a rotisserie chicken, skin removed
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup grapes cut in half
  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Grab a huge bowl and add all the above ingredients. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow all the flavors to meld.
  • Enjoy the chicken salad on your favorite bread, cracker, or tortilla chip.

Notes

Store the chicken salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume it within 3–4 days. Freezing is not recommended, as mayonnaise-based dressings may separate and affect the texture.
