Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz Honey syrup to make honey syrup, mix equal parts of honey and warm water until the honey is dissolved

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.
  • Add ice to the shaker until it is nearly full. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or a wheel.

Notes

You can prepare the honey syrup by combining equal parts honey and warm water. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved, then allow the mixture to cool.
Honey syrup can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
