Ingredients

  • ½ cup canola oil or any other neutral flavored oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 1 Tablespoon adobo sauce get this from the can of chitpotle peppers in adobo
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to the bowl of a mini food processor.
  • Process on low for about 10-15 seconds, until all the ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
