Ingredients
4Mahi Mahi filets4-6 oz each, patted dry
4tablespoonsUnsalted buttermelted
2 ½tablespoonsBlackened seasoning
2tablspoonsOlive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
Dip the mahi mahi filets in the melted butter, covering both sides of each filet. Then season both sides of the mahi mahi filets with blackened seasoning.
Place a large skillet pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil once the pan is hot. Add the fish to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove mahi mahi from the skillet.
Squeeze lemon juice over the mahi mahi filets before serving.

The length of time for cooking the Mahi Mahi will depend on the thickness of the fish.
