Heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in the spinach and seasoning.
Sauté the spinach, stirring frequently, until it is wilted and tender.
Serve immediately, seasoned with additional salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Make sure your heat is only around medium heat when sauteing the garlic. Any hotter than that, and your garlic may burn.
