White Fish Filets

Fish Seasoning

Season Fish

Lightly score the fish with a knife and season both sides with fish seasoning.

Coat Fish

Mix flour and the remaining fish seasoning and lightly dust the filets.

Cook Fish

Heat olive oil and cook the fish until it's golden and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with simple sides of steamed white rice, broccoli, and lemon wedges for that extra burst of citrus flavor.

Tips

To stop the fish from curling while pan frying, lightly score with a knife. This will help the fish lay flat in the pan while cooking.
