Stir oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and kosher salt to combine. Then add in oil and maple syrup.
Spread the mixture out evenly in a lined air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Next, spread the granola out on a large baking sheet and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Your granola can have optional mix ins, such as chocolate chips and cranberries or walnuts and raisins.
Make sure that you line your air fryer basket with parchment paper so that the oats don’t fall through.
