Baby Bella Mushrooms | Butter Flour | Onion | Celery Stalk Chicken Broth | Thyme Marjoram | Heavy Cream Salt | Pepper
Melt butter and sauté onion and celery until softened, then stir in mushrooms, thyme, and marjoram.
Cook until mushrooms have softened and reduced, then sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir for about 2 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth and simmer until the mixture has reduced, then add in heavy cream and allow to simmer on low for 5 minutes.
