Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
Fold in the cereal, then pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover with plastic wrap.
Cover the container and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
Then let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before scooping and serving.
If you don’t have an electric mixer, you can whip the cream by hand using a whisk, but it will take longer and require more effort.
