Fine Yellow Cornmeal Coconut Milk | Vanilla | Cinnamon Nutmeg | All-Spice | Water Sweetened Condensed Milk
Bring water and coconut milk to a boil then whisk cornmeal and water together until smooth.
Once the pot begins to boil, whisk in the cornmeal mixture until there are no lumps.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. When there is about 5 minutes left, stir in the spices, then remove from the heat and sweeten with condensed milk.
