Pat the chicken thighs dry and coat well with lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, and olive oil. Then let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a Dutch oven and sear the chicken on both sides until golden and crispy. Then set aside, and add potato wedges and garlic to the pot.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes, then return the chicken to the pot and pour in the broth and lemon juice. Add lemon wedges in between the chicken.
Transfer to the oven and cook, uncovered, for about 35-40 minutes. Serve the chicken hot with a side of braised potatoes and garnished with parsley.
